Councillor John Woolf
Councillor, Canonbury Ward | Executive Member for Community Safety
John was elected as a councillor for Canonbury in 2018 and is currently the Executive Member for Community Safety. Prior to this role, he worked as a historian and writer, primarily of the nineteenth century. He lives in Canonbury and is an active member of St Stephen’s Church. He is Secretary of the PCC at St Stephen’s Church, Canonbury, a volunteer member of Urban Hope’s Management Committee, a youth project providing safe spaces and positive relationships for young people in Islington, and a School Governor.
